Text Solutions provide translation services in accordance with the European standard BS EN 15038:2006 for rendering written translation services, a standard which describes the requirements that are applicable to written translation services providers and that are related to human and technical resources, quality and project management, contractual provisions, and the service delivery process.
Our company faithfully utilizes a workflow whereby the quality of work is ensured not only by the translation – that is only one stage of the process – but also by revision of the translation, which another translator conducts. The translation service provided by Text Solutions comprises:

Translation and checking. A qualified translator translates the document and proofreads his or her work.

Revision. Another translator checks over the translation. He or she checks whether the translation conforms to the original and to requirements, checks whether appropriate terminology is used in the translation, offers corrections, and prepares a report about the work performed by the translator. |

Editing. A language stylist, who speaks the language being edited natively, reviews the translation, ensuring that the text does not contain stylistic, spelling, grammatical, or punctuation errors. |
Before we begin working with new translators, we evaluate their qualifications and abilities. All of our translators meet at least one of the following requirements:

Advanced translation studies

Equivalent qualification in another field plus a minimum of two years translation experience |

At least five years of professional translation experience |
Reviewers not only meet one of the aforementioned requirements but also have translation experience in the field related to the text they are reviewing.
